01.01.2022 Dear home owners, landlords, and tennants, please make sure your smoke alarms are working, if your not sure call an electrician and ask for compliance. Smoke alarms have only a 10 year life, repace after 10 years. It is shocking that I have discovered that more than half the houses I do electrical work in fail in smoke alarm compliance. Please make sure your smoke alarms comply....they save lives !!!
