02.01.2022 HAVE YOU EVER BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH SOMETHING AND THOUGHT PFFFT WHATEVS. You're probably like me then. I was diagnosed with epilepsy 28 years ago and my whole world changed at that moment of diagnosis. I had choices but didn't know about them. All I knew was that if I didn't listen to the doctor I'd be fucked. ... I didn't know enough about epilepsy at that stage to argue so I did what I was told and hated what my future looked like. I finally woke up and realised I needed to get back in the driver's seat of my treatment and management and did just that. Nora and I know how significant that moment of diagnosis is and the choices you make from that. So we are creating a series which will interview and connect with people and recount that moment for them.
