14.01.2022 Carlo! Huge effort today! Broke the 200kg deadlift!! Carlo started with us training at 110kg. Within a few months he broke through his 200kg goal!

11.01.2022 HUGE props to Andy Flew! Andy made a goal to get to 200kg for his deadlift. Andy started less than 6 weeks ago with a max lift of 170. He smashed out 2 reps today!!
