24.01.2022 Self care time! I made myself a yummy smoothie for some relaxing time outside this afternoon. Did you know light pink is a colour associated with the heart chakra and is a soothing colour of unconditional love, contentment and tenderness? What better colour to drink for a bit of self love! Whipped up from frozen banana, coconut milk and a dash of fresh raspberries. So yum! Enjoy your day everyone, be sure to include some self care too! ....

19.01.2022 Its another hot day today here in the North East, with an expected top of 44 degrees. It’s a particularly stressful time for me, and for many, with the threat of bushfires always looming and the memory fresh in my mind from the fire that swept through the area and our property 3 Christmases ago. Being vigilant and having a good fire plan do take away some of that stress, we leave early any day that is rated Severe or above, and take refuge somewhere safer for the day. By usin...g reiki and crystal healing on myself I can also help alleviate some of the stress and anxiety. The day of the bushfire in 2015 I used reiki to send out a protective bubble around our house and whilst the house was Undefended and in the path of a fast moving bushfire, it survived. 17.01.2022 I shy away from showing myself on here too much, in fact there’s a fair chance I won’t even post this picture (if I have then I’m super proud ) but I realise that to enable more of a connection with you all, I’m gonna need to try and make a concerted effort! I was always that shy kid at school. The meek teenage girl. The self conscious 20 year old. I’m still all of those things now, the only difference is I embrace them instead of being ashamed of them. I’ve learnt it’s ok to be introverted, quiet, reflective. It’s probably why I was attracted to energy healing in the first place, it’s all about intuition, empathy, feeling. 09.01.2022 Today I’m the culmination of 40 cycles around the sun. Mid-life, middle-aged, over the hill ... I prefer to think of it as 40 years of invaluable life experience, constant learning, growth, maturation.. ups and downs, with lots more to come. It’s not all down hill from here, it’s simply a chance to pause and see where I’m at and adjust accordingly. A reminder to release old habits and hurts, a shedding of skin. This morning I walked and meditated with some gorgeous soul sisters to honour the Mother and pay homage to nature for allowing me to grace the earth these blessed years. Here is to many more fun times with family and friends, more growth, healing and wisdom
