18.01.2022 To all of our amazing Element team members, trades, suppliers, clients and friends, I’ll start by saying, we are living through extraordinary times. I can assure you that your health, safety and well-being is of the utmost importance to us, and wish to give you confidence as we continue to follow the advice and guidelines issued by the Australian Government and the HIA during the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation.... YES we are still open for business as usual. YES we are doing everything within our control to ensure all existing and new building projects continue to be managed and delivered on time and on budget. YES we have taken additional preventative measures to do our part to keep us all safe and make space on site. Our team are equipped to effectively work remotely from home as required. Our online client management system is still available 24/7 from any device, anywhere. Trades have been strictly limited on site at any given time in line with HIA guidlines. If you are not feeling well, or even feeling just a little off don’t push through it.stay home! Any symptoms of illness beyond those known of COVID-19 such as fever, cough or sore throat, can still be contagious - so please stay home and stay safe, do not come to site or our office for any reason. Any non-essential face-to face appointments or site visits can be conducted via phone, face time or skype as required. If you must enter an Element site or our office, please practice good hygiene and sanitise and wash your hands prior. In lieu of a traditional friendly handshake, feel free to make a contactless gesture such as an 'air' elbow bump, foot shake or simply nod instead. Follow government and HIA guidelines for social distancing on site and in our office. Inclusion selections, among other decisions, can still be completed safely - we’ll help you! If you or someone you have been in contact with has been overseas in the last 14 days, is sick or has a confirmed case, you MUST INFORM US AND ISOLATE yourself immediately to prevent spreading to other people.
