20.01.2022 I love my Earth Element blend GNOME so much i decided to make a teapot in its honour! I spent a day in a workshop with Tamborine Mountain Potter, Nicci from @pj_pottery to create this. Let me just say, it was one of the most humbling experiences ive ever had, and i may be creative in many different ways, but pottery is not one of my strong points! Even so, somehow i managed to by the end of the day have something that somewhat resembled a teapot despite its monumental size (l...uckily it shrunk quite a bit in the kiln), but it felt good to create with the Earth Element (clay) with my own hands... 15.01.2022 In a post I made a couple of days ago, in which i shared a bit about myself, i made mention of the fact I have started a journey creating Spirit Dolls. I was lucky enough to be connected with a wonderful Spirit Doll maker through a friend of mine and it planted the seed from which a new chapter began. It is such a beautiful, meditative process. I wanted to share these two... The Grandfather and The Mandrake Witch. In his belly, the medicine he carries is homegrown sage, rosem...ary, fennel seeds, frankincense resin and a snowflake obsidian stone. She carries a mandrake leaf, malachite and clear quartz stones. As well as creating new tea blends, i will also creating these beautiful 'medicine dolls'. Im finding creativity such a vital element for me at the moment and just love using my hands! 14.01.2022 I have a Mandrake baby... I first read about Mandrake and the folklore surrounding this mystical plant being around age 15. I found it fascinating and have since had a curiosity towards 'occult' and 'baneful' plants. So, 28 years later, thanks to Olivia from Olivias Secret Garden, i now have one. I will be adding this to my 'shadow garden' i am creating, along with my Foxgloves and others to join down the track... It was said that Hades created a shadow garden for Persephone, to provide her some joy and ease her transition into Queen of the Underworld... Fascinating Folklore and Mythology...

This year, living on the mountain, i have noticed quite clealry the change in seasons. The moment of the solstice bringing longer days from that point onwards, as the sky becomes lighter later into the evenings.. The bloom of the beautiful Magnolia flowers heralding the approaching Spring. 06.01.2022 A bit about me... My name is Belle. I am the 'Tea Witch' behind Elementress Botanicals. I dont share much about myself, I am more of an introvert, or sometimes an introverted extrovert , but now I am feeling the desire to share a little more of me with those that I am grateful for supporting me and my Elemental Teas. I am a Scorpio Sun and Scorpio Moon with a Sagittarius ascendent. Maybe thats the introverted extrovert thing . I have loved tea (i cant stand coffee), mytholo...gy, folklore, the occult and magick for as long as I can remember. I am a creative person and as a child i drew 'Arthurian' inspired pictures without fully understanding it, yet the Arthurian tradition is now a big influence for me in my own workings. I am currently studying Celtic Mythology for the next year, and have ancestry through some of these lands, as well as mediterranean blood running through my veins I am enjoying reading tea leaves with my beautiful teas, in particular Gnome, my Earth Element blend. My great, great grandmother read tea leaves in England. I work with the Elements and Elemental Magick is an important part of my practice. I have a fascination with occult and 'baneful' plants and have my own shadow garden consisting of Mandrake, whom i feel a strong connection with (again a fascination from childhood reading folklore books), as well as foxgloves and soon to come Belladonna and Henbane. I have recently started a journey creating Spirit Dolls, which is a meditative practice for me and a beautiful way to again, mix magick and creativity, although i do see these two elements as existing together naturally. I love books although sometimes dont always finish them. I geek out on mythology and folklore podcasts, crave constantly learning and studying, and have a weird obsession with sticks and moss My favourite smell is damp wood in the forest and i am a mountain and forest dweller. I love the night sky and the peace the stars give me, and my favourite moon phase is 3 nights into the new moon. Theres something about that teeny new crescent that holds so much promise... The Fae (the old folklore stories...) Dragons, Bees and all things Brian Froud always have my interest. See more

Was wonderful as always to see some of my regular customers as well as meet some new ones! GREY GODDESS sales absolutely BOOMED so that was a great debut for this new blend!
