This type of training involves progressions that build lean muscle, increase joint mobility, improve flexibility & strengthen bones. If your trainIng is not getting you anywhere maybe you need to try something different.

It was an amazing experience & along with Stephen Garner I met some truly awesome athletes & wonderful encouraging people.
