It’s been a long wait for a few tired corpses who’ve been reminding me rather regularly of their aches & pains, but ala...s, wait no longer... book your remedial massage appointments now!!! Bookings essential, no walk ins please. Hatha Yoga will also be recommencing, schedule yet to be fixed, but flexible with times at this stage... due to covid restrictions we can only have 6 in the centre per session, but that’s preferable anyway - much prefer small, intensive sessions where yogis feel properly focused upon and guided!
