12.01.2022 Movement is a priviledge and one that Tess From Chronic to Cured knows all too well when her illness has restricted her from living an energetic life for a long time. It is only now that she has the energy and ability to start working movement into her path to wellness, and we are only too happy to help. It's a pleasure watching people improve and progress no matter what stage they're at, and at Elements Of Strength we have the right environment for those who do find big gyms intimidating. So if you're looking for a private studio where you feel supported, then come chat to us.

11.01.2022 Make training fun! I am far from a gymnast or an expert in the Olympic Ring . But what I do know is that ring training combines strength, hypertrophy and joint health, forcing your body to work in unexpected ways, build the straight-arm strength and allows you to work your shoulders through ranges where they’d normally be weak, helping your shoulder joints get healthy and strong.

11.01.2022 Want to know how living a less toxic lifestyle can compliment your health and fitness goals? Join Joanne Ling from Additive Free Lifestyle at Elements Of Strength tomorrow night Wed 18th 530pm. Sample some oils, ask some questions and enjoy a pre/post workout snack.

11.01.2022 At Elements Of Strength, our small group training allows time for us to give quality coaching tips to ensure correct form on every rep preventing any long term risk of injury. Check out @chloebrooks___ ‘s form here on the bent-over row. Slow, controlled movements with a smaller weight are of far more value than jerking up a weight that is too heavy. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees and lean forward from the waist.... Back stays straight, with your neck in line with your spine. Grab the bar with your hands (palms-down), just wider than shoulder-width apart and let it hang with your arms straight. Brace your core and squeeze your shoulders together to row the weight up until it touches your sternum, then slowly lower it back down again. See more

01.01.2022 @haylz89 said to me yesterday (Thursday) I’m really annoyed at myself I couldn’t pull the 90kg deadlift, maybe I should book in a PT to work on it! And Voila.... the universe delivered. Stripping back the parts of a dead lift, today we worked on Rack Pulls to help increase the strength of lower back, hamstrings, rack pulls also help to improve pulling strength whilst placing less stress on the lower back. #deadlifts #teamEOS #tasfitness #supportsmallbusiness #gymfam #rackpulls #trainsmart #strongwomen #movementisaprivilege #elementsofstrength #tasfitnessnetwork

01.01.2022 Yoga is on tonight 715pm $15pp on arrival. BYO Yoga Mat and blanket.
