I can guarantee you that I am one of the best around and I am sure my clients will agree. 17.01.2022 So today I had the most amazing and challenging experience I have ever given myself. I had participated in the bloody long walk for the fight to find a cure for Mitochondrial disease. I walked 35km from Carrick hill to Glenelg and the last 10kms were the most gruelling to go through with both hip flexors, pelvis and right calve seizing up and I honestly thought I couldnt make it.... BUT I DID! In life we have been afforded the most amazing opportunity to be something amazing and to recreate and become better than we were before. Most of us have all limbs in tact, 10 fingers, 10 toes and a mind that has the ability to help us through almost anything. Lets not choose to live a disabled life when we have the opportunity to live an inspired one. I forgot to do a before photo but was given one from her formal which still shows her blonde lashes and her natural colour of eyebrows. A natural finish with her eyebrows focussing on shape and depth and Blue black eyelashes and my goodness this girl has some knock out eyelashes and will knock a few dead lol

06.01.2022 Speaking for myself I think that more often than not I am searching for reasons not to do things for myself pretending that I REALLY want to but the reality is that I perceive there to be way more benefits to not going to the gym, not buying that item that has been sitting in the shopping cart for months, not making a nourishing meal, not loving my body (and the list could go on!!) But the only benefit is living a mediocre life not failing because of not trying... no short term pain validating old excuses and being in my comfort zone. less spent money (in reality spent on 300 takeaway meals, cheap and nasty shit and perhaps my children.... money will always disappear if we dont spend it on the things that build our self worth/value) This weekend I begin a new journey studying my Diploma of Remedial massage, I am committed to love myself with exercise, nourishment, better self talk, more loving discipline and a vision to bring some special things to my beautiful clients.... So for the LAST time I will be doing $50 1 hour massages (pre buy as many as you like, gift them etc) I know that my services are already cheap and I do this because I love the support my clients bring me but as part of my journey I have to value myself more... especially as I gain new qualifications. There have been some great ideas and a whole lot of appreciation shown to me which I value immensely....
