24.01.2022 Elevate: to raise to a more important or impressive level #elevate #fitness #training #gym #health

23.01.2022 Form before anything I have to admit, I wish that I had concentrated on my form and techniques when beginning my fitness journey in the first few years. A lot of beginners dont understand the importance of form before weight. You have to get familiar with the movements and the fundamentals of training. This is why having a trainer or a coach is so important. They provide you with a lot of valuable knowledge and different perspectives when it comes to your training.... The empty bar should move the same as your top set, you have to respect your warm up weights the same as your heavy weights. This will create a strong base for your lifts and create discipline with the movements. #fitness #squat #technique #gym #movement #autobotsrollout

21.01.2022 Proud of this guy, always pushes himself every session. Adapting to the training and getting stronger each week. Ive created a program to develop his muscle memory and to improve his form, from there we slowly increases the intensity of the training using progressive overload#performance #PT #program #training #exercise #elevatefitnesstraining #muscle Music Thank you (not so bad) VIZE and Felix Jaehn

20.01.2022 You own everything you do This is something that we’ve heard before and it is completely true. What you hear, see and speak about is your own decision, it is your own reflection of your life.... I have been doubting myself so much in the last few months, I have put myself under so much unnecessary stress. Crawling back out from a dark tunnel has made me realised that our lives are what we create, we have the gifts to change, to grow, to give more. It is all in our mindset. We have to own our actions. I’ve been really lost, I can’t keep blaming my external circumstances for that. I can only choose to focus on what I can control. My thoughts and my actions. In life you will experience set backs. Whether that be training, personal, work, etc. I think set backs are needed in order to make us appreciate life and the life we do live. They are what teach us to grow. They uncover a sense of strength we didn’t know we had. Let’s keep pushing forward

20.01.2022 What time is it? Time to get your sh*t together. Prioritise your time to grow, learn something new, keep your head in the game. ... Motivation is temporary, the most important thing to keep your motivation high, is your routine. Having a routine is what gets you going, because you won’t have to think about it anymore, you just do it. Your body adapts, then the things you do will become second nature.

19.01.2022 Lets create good habits by changing the way you think. Do you want to start losing weight? Do you want to quit smoking? Or do you have other goals or things you want to change in order to grow? It all starts with your mindset and purpose. For example, smoking may relieve my stresses right now, but will this benefit me in the long run? If I dont exercise now how am I going to feel later on? Lets avoid instant pleasure and start facing the truth and aim for whats ahead. The actions youre doing right now will have an impact on your future self. So be good to yourself and feed your body and mind positive things making these small changes within your mindset will help you on your journey. #growthmindset #training #fitness #change #elevatefitnesstraining

18.01.2022 Training partner Today was one of those days where we didn’t want to train, we started slow but we kept pushing each other towards the end. We got in the zone and finished the workout. Does your training partner push you to the limit? Does your training partner encourage you to do more?... Does your training partner motivate you? Sometimes it’s great to train with someone so that you can push and be pushed to be your best self #gym #trainingday #gymbuddy #motivation

16.01.2022 It has taken us 3 weeks to progress onto a bench press from machine based exercises, Sandeep is completely new to the gym, he never touched a single weight before. So this can be quite challenging for individuals who are in a similar situation as Sandeep. We started by incorporating a few simple machine based exercises, the reason why I always start with simple exercises for my completely new clients (those who never been to the gym before) is because I want to build up a base. Its like installing a new program into your brain Once hes familiar with the movements and gained some muscle-mind connection, we then progressed onto free weight training. It is important to start basic and not jump the gun. Remember it is a journey and takes time, its a marathon not a quick sprint #benchpress #personaltraining #gym #progress #beginner

16.01.2022 Proud trainer moment Aaron is crushing it, only 1 month difference between the two pics. His goal is to increase strength, increase fitness and weight loss The program including strength and hiit training. This is the result of consistent training 4-5 days per week and consistently tracking your daily food intake I believe education is much more powerful than just giving your clients a program that they need to follow. You need to explain what, how and why. Always remind them about their goals and always check up on them. Thank you for letting me help you achieve your goals, keep up the good work and lets move on to Phase 2 #progress #weightlossjourney #muscle #phase1

16.01.2022 Of all the people in the world, you talk to yourself more than anyone.. Make sure you're saying the right things to yourself #health #fitness #friday #throwback #begood #bepositive

15.01.2022 What do you do when you see someone struggle? Do you leave them behind and continue to pursue your own path or do you stop and help them too? There are a lot of people who travel blindly on their road to success and forget about helping others along the way. For me, lifting others up has always been a passion and it became my strength, it has helped me improve as a person and now as a coach. #helpingothers #startwithwhy #coaching #fitness #growthmindset #gratitude

15.01.2022 Never doubt yourself. The first step to achieving your goals is to believe in yourself. The more you repeat affirmations and tell yourself that you are enough, smart enough, strong enough, you will become one with your body. So start consuming more positivity into your life #mindset #meditation #training #program #elevatefitnesstraining

08.01.2022 Bottoms up kettlebell exercise for shoulder stability and strength Perform the exercise like your normal 4 sets 8-15 reps Make sure to go light, its harder than it looks. Im using a 8kg Kettlebell Keep your elbow close to your body, make sure to keep your core, shoulders and wrist tight. Press straight up and then slowly control it back down #kettlebell #bottomsup #fitness #health #shoulderstability

05.01.2022 Just a friendly reminder that we are all human, and we all share the same emotions. Emotions are not gender bias. I share this with you today, to reiterate that, especially for my male audience. I want to end the stigma around mens mental health. We are in 2020 yet its still such a prevalent issue. Speak up. Do not hide in the dark. You are not weak. You certainly are not alone. And your emotions, are completely valid. We are stronger together #mensmentalhealth #health #strongertogether #speakup #yourenotalone

02.01.2022 What an awesome journey so far for Jamie! He has lost more than 16kg from being in a caloric deficit with a healthy and balanced diet and has maintained regular exercise. He started the journey 3 months ago, his goal was to start living a healthy lifestyle, to feel better mentally and physically. Father of 5, full time job, cardio/weights training and rugby every Sunday. This shows that taking ACTION is a hell of a tool to climb up that ladder of success, towards your goal. The deeper your WHY, the higher your motivation will be, the clearer you will see the path towards your goals. Keep it up bro youre doing an amazing job what an inspiration!

02.01.2022 Comparison of Left and right picture The left picture shows lower and mid back rounding during the deadlift, which we want to avoid at all cost. This could cause serious damage to your spine. Deadlifts are a great exercise if done correctly and have so many benefits. I always encourage people to start with lighter weights and concentrate on the TECHNIQUES first. Once your form has improved, then we move onto adding weights slowly. Do not go heavy until your form is wel...l developed! Quick tips.. your form for warm up sets should be the same as your top sets LEFT PICTURE Hips too high Lats arent engaged Bar is too far from the body RIGHT PICTURE Lats engaged by pushing your armpits to your hips Chest nice and high Bar close to the shins #deadlift #health #fitness #form #technique See more
