25.01.2022 Latest advice just in from the Australian government. Australian's who want to head home should do so while you still can! Happy to say all but one of our clients are now home (she will be arriving tomorrow). If you have any family and friends currently stuck and trying to get home, please reach out and we will see if we can help.

We are working around the clock to ensure first and foremost that our clients are safe whilst also working through everyone’s plans that have been or will be affected. . For those who have travel plans, the current situation is unprecedented and complicated. We are working with clients on the best ways to move forward with their specific booking. Please know that w...e are having to prioritise in order to ensure we are looking after any clients who urgently need to get home or who have bookings in the coming days. . In most cases credits for future travel are being given for anyone booked in the coming month however, as you can appreciate, all policies and restrictions are completely different depending on airlines, travel companies, cruise lines and countries involved. We are also experiencing hold times of several hours when contacting some companies. If you are having any trouble calling us, please leave a message or email us and we will get back to you. . Please understand that we are doing all we can to come up with a favourable outcome for those who are unable to travel. This is an enormous task and one that we will all get through together. We truly appreciate you choosing us to look after your travel arrangements in the first place and now, more than ever, we want to show you that we have your back and we are working hard for you to get the best possible result. . If you have booked elsewhere or have booked your own travel and you are having trouble getting information about what to do next, please feel free to call us and we will be happy to try and help. .
