Our buttermilk fried chicken with match salsa and cucumber pickles and our mex beef burger with a special @troysmeats pattie, chipotle mayo and pickled jalapeos both took months of perfecting before putting on the menu. The right bun, the right meat blend, the right amount of sauce and pickle with a classic slaw or iceberg lettuce respectively took many a tasti...ng and tweaking.
