15.01.2022 Wow, what a year 2020 was! You know all the tough bits, bushfires, global pandemic, lockdowns, zero perspective of seeing family overseas - and greater concern for their health and safety - loss of income, loss of jobs, and worse yet, loss of loved ones! BUT, 2020 was also the year we went from a family of 3 to a family of 4. The year we realised how resourceful we are and how much we could rely on our small team. The year our resilience - and patience! - were tested at work,... at home, in our broader relationships. The year we had the opportunity to support others who were in situations even more challenging than ours. The year more costumers saw the people behind the business. The year we accepted that slowing down was the best course of action; and the year we learned how much YOU, our community, appreciated what we do and how prepared YOU were to step in to support us! We start 2021 with low expectations, trusting that our adaptability and our capabilities, combined with your support, can see us through anything! Thank you for your support in 2020, we wouldn’t still be here if it wasn’t for you! Here it is to a stable 2021 and let’s continue to look after our families, friends and neighbours! Happy new year!

14.01.2022 Mexican ingredients are so versatile! Taquitos are a great (crunchy and yummy) example of what else you can make with the same taco ingredients! So next time you order a TACO KIT #elgusanotacokits from us, why not get some extras to make taquitos? All you need to do is choose a taco filling, place it in the middle of a tortilla, roll it (secure it with a toothpick) and fry it! We recommend topping them with a combination of our salsas (we often make pork or chicken taquitos topped with Salsa de Aguacate and Pico de Gallo but Pico de Piña works well also!).
