17.01.2022 Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers out there! This is how my children and their mum celebrate Father’s Day with me today! Delicious cake made by my daughter ...Agaw! As we celebrate and receive cuddly acknowledgements from our very best friends (sons and daughters), it is a time for us to reflect on our fatherhood. Being a father gives me a new look on the inside and outside. I have learnt the wisdom of the age and realised that each year passed makes me more grateful and proud for being calm, strong and patient. Fatherhood does not mean to be in an environment where there is no noise, disappointment, trouble or hard-work but be in the midst of those things and still remain calm, caring and loving in your heart. It teaches me to believe that there is no other father and will never be one to listen to, defend and care for my children than me. I am grateful to be a father! It is the best job full of smiles whether I step out of the door in the morning and back at the evening or singing at bedtime. Happy fathers Day everyone. Remember to give your children a night and morning kisses. This cements happiness and good memories in their hearts and minds. Also say thank you to your wife for giving you the best support to be the best father. #fathersday2020

10.01.2022 Today, I celebrated and reflected on the International Day of Peace observed around the world on 21 September. It was important to remain myself that peace star...ts with me and within my inner-self in order to strengthen the ideals of peace for all of us! Today, I had peace with myself and I encourage you to be at peace with yourself! #worldpeace2020 #WorldPeaceDay See more

07.01.2022 The Buol’s Generations of Lefthanders celebrate International Lefthanders Day today! Today is the International Lefthanders Day! I and the other four members of Buol’s family are celebrating today wherever we are. Happy Lefthanders day to myself, my son, Buol Jr, my sisters Athou, Athem and Akur Buol. Five of us are proud Lefthanders! Also big shout to my late Dad who was a Lefthander too. Happy Lefthanders Day to all the Lefthanders out there. Be proud of your God’s given h...and. The Lefthanders were marginalised those days and in 1976, Dean R Campbell founded the The Lefthanders International Inc to raise awareness about the disadvantages of being left-handed. It is important to note that 8 Presidents of USA were left-handed. Obama, James Garfield, Herbert Hoover, Harry Truman, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, George H.W Bush and Bill Clinton.

06.01.2022 A massive thank you to Therese Canty, Jessica Arvela, Elijah Buol and Sarah Wilson for giving up their time to offer us their insights for our panel event, ‘You...r future after COVID: Volunteering and Employment’! We were very fortunate to have these four highly distinguished speakers with us and we loved hearing them discuss their passion for volunteering as well as the role it’s played in their careers! Our favourite quotes from the event are by Elijah Buol: Just remain humble and keep making an impact, and Sarah Wilson: Don’t compare your day 1 to someone else’s day 100. Thank you to everyone who attended and we hope to see you in our future events! See more

05.01.2022 Hoping for a better change for disadvantaged part of our modern Australia requires purposeful changes. Thank to Federal government for listening to the voices of refugees and migrants communities. Acting Immigration Minister Alan Tudge announced changes to the Adult Migrant English Program, which would see the cap on class hours lifted and removal of the 5-year limit in which eligible students can access the scheme. Learning English is a pathway to successful settlement of refugees and migrants. This requires purposeful changes and indeed, as critic of previous scheme, I welcomed the Federal government changes to AMEP scheme!

01.01.2022 Run with us in a Daggy Jumper! People always say parents are role model and inspiration to their children but my daughter, Agaw Buol is my inspiration and role model. She is turned 8 years old on Wednesday while her school is closed down for COVID-19. Agaw told me that she is lucky that she has a roof on her head but there are many young people out there who need roofs on their heads and wants to do her little part. We are inspired by the work of Brisbane Youth Service and ...wanted to support them by raising money as part of our participation in Daggy Jumper Day 2020. Please help us, help them by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button. One week left reach our goal! Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot! #tagadag #daggyjumperday #brisyouth #endyouthhomelessness #youthhomelessnessmatters #homelessnessweek #everybodyneedsahome https://daggyjumperday2020.everydayhero.com//buol-s-helpin
