23.01.2022 The Bridge How do we pull ourselves out the doldrums, the dark night of the soul?! Mind requires stillness and Emotions require movement. You are Observing of your thoughts and feelings. They only belong to a self that you’ve created so, in that sense, they are not really yours. Thoughts and Feelings are energies which manifest from formlessness. You perceive all your experiences through a lens of your limited and assumed identity. Your false identity is based on past ...experiences almost all of which (99%) you remain unaware of. So, nearly all thoughts &and emotions arise spontaneously from the potential of your unconscious.! Healing begins to occur when both are given acceptance without preference. Thoughts can create Freedom, and Emotions can become Love when you observe them with acceptance as they arise. Mind becomes still in meditation and emotions are released with healthy movement, preferably non-verbal expression. Then, over time, the suppressed or fragmented parts of the self are healed (made whole). Freedom ceases to become abuse of power, and Love ceases to become co-dependence. In your dark night you are being challenged to let go of who you thought you were. With that sense of a separate self, you needed to own and control form, including the natural world out there, based on your survival instinct and self-preservation. The dark night could be likened to deep chasm; the only way to get over it is a narrow swing bridge. You have come to a point of no return. You can’t cross without leaving your excess baggage behind, your regrets, your hopes and your fears for an unknown future. You must have the courage to step into the unknown without your armor; you know it has only ever put you in chains. Look straight ahead, be totally present, maintain your equanimity. Leave the past behind and live without any future. Now you are the Witnessing Presence to Form &and Formlessness, you are Consciousness observing it’s Self. You are becoming All That Is, you are both Light and Dark, beyond any concept of spirituality. You are Unconditional Love and yet, surprise, you are still living in form as human being, in some ways nothing has changed! You are both here and now, and you are a smuggler of Love! 12.01.2022 The Frontier of Consciousness Life on Earth is not just a hapless experiment in which we are committed to an arduous search for fulfillment, continuously burdened by the weight of unresolved karma from previous lifetimes. Such a perception is a misinterpretation about the limitations of linear time and space. We live all our lifetimes in parallel, with different versions of us evolving through different lessons. We are not just victims of unconscious conditioning which co...ndemns us to live with seemingly unquenchable thirst for peace. This physical dimension is deeply purposeful and can be perceived as the frontier of Consciousness in that it affords the greatest potential for evolutionary expansion. All of us make a conscious choice to incarnate here, to enact a play of consciousness where we learn through the fundamentals of relationship. We are not incarnated due to some religious vagary, the concept of the transmigration of Souls, one which is fundamentally flawed, since we live all our lives simultaneously. We may think we are tied by our past transgressions, and condemned to create repeated situations that pay karmic debts through suffering. Anything you do "wrong" in this, or any other, lifetime is always forgiven, but the question remains will you forgive yourself? Indeed, any judgment we make is just a projection of our mistaken sense of a separate identity. In reality we are the observer of our thoughts and feelings, our human story, and we exist above and beyond the deceptions of duality. We are the Self the director, that presides over the play of being and becoming. It is us, as manifestations of the One Self, who freely forgive. We are all evolving through our masquerade, and no matter how deceived we become by the veils, we remain the potential for unconditional Love. 05.01.2022 Gender in a New Earth 9th November, 2019 Unity Consciousness is predicated through merging our masculine and feminine and our left and right brain hemispheres within. It is not a matter of embracing our sexual identity per se, but rather a need for both genders to unite their gender energies in order to present a united Consciousness, one which is reflected in our relationships, and which is essential to healing millennia of patriarchy.... However, replacing patriarchy by a matriarchy will only preserve imbalances present in human societies. I advocate merging rather than balancing polarities because healing duality involves removing ourselves from our good/bad, right/wrong, fem/masc (etc) preconceptions. Our need for a holistic approach to life (healing) means becoming the Witness to both elements by removing judgement, bias and preconceived perspectives. This entails understanding that we need to become mindful by maintaining a conscious presence that involves becoming the observer of our thoughts (masc) and feelings (fem), throughout our day-to-day lives. Consciously observing of the play of duality "out there" completes in a trinity that engenders , a triad of felt equanimity, which enables us to ‘respond’ rather than ‘react’ to emotionally charged or challenging situations.! We must advocate for the empowerment of the feminine side of us, and women in general, observing that empathic, compassion and healing and psychic predispositions are feminine aspects which are essential in any healthy society. I also acknowledge present and Past injustices perpetrated against women. However, men have also been victims of millennia of patriarchy in being taught to repress their emotions, and ingrained perceptions that war is necessary evil, because women and children need physical protection. Our social and sexual relations need so much healing because they are underpinned by repression and disguised by deeply buried unconscious conditioning. Men and women need to celebrate their uniqueness and wholeness as a realization of Unity within Diversity. This union reflects an inner harmony free of repressed emotions, and gender imbalances. We need to get to the root cause of duality, expressed through gender objectification and unconscious relating, due to ingrained duality. For example beliefs such as racist which ingrain a false belief in a separate self. We need to explore "and/also" rather than "either or". Only then can we experience Unity Consciousness as a new paradigm of evolving through a Universe of form and formlessness.
