24.01.2022 TIP: take 5-10 mins post workout to lay down and breathe Avoid rushing off to the next part of your day and first address the stress your body has just been put through. Give it time to rebalance It was put into perspective for me when I was asked "what do you do throughout your week to de-stress (e.g., from study, work, training)? I answered with "1 hour of yoga". Think of the accumulated stressors on your body and mind and question how you balance this out. Personally this 'lack of' has certainly impacted the efficiency of my immune system (WBC & Neutrophil count ).
