15.01.2022 PLEASE READ A little post to say THANK YOU so much to everyone who donated to my @mightandmaneorg fundraiser. We went above the goal and raise $2,520 which will train 18 barbers alongside mental health professionals on how to have effective, open and honest conversations with their customers. Suicide is the leading cause of death in Australian men aged between 18 and 44, with the average man visiting a barbershop 10 times a year. By talking about mental health, we are on ou...r way to reducing these heartbreaking statistics, so THANK YOU again from the bottom of my heart. Here is a funny little video from my half marathon yesterday (this was at the 14.5km mark) which I managed to finish in a time of 2hrs on the dot - with my two bad knees and bung ankle in tow.
