15.01.2022 My 8 Week Challenge 1.0 top transformations! With a total of 25kg and 150cm lost between these three ladies - their transformations have left me speechless There were no fad dieting, dramatic caloric drops, fasting, intense cardio for any of these transformations. They all sat on average between 1900-1700 calories (all differed for each of them depending on how their body was responding) with the odd diet break - If needed.... Foods such as pasta, stir fry with egg noodles, ice cream, biscuits, chocolate, curry, burgers & pancakes... weren’t off limits Congratulations to all, you have no idea how proud of your efforts every day of every week! 14.01.2022 FOR ALL YOU PARENT'S OUT THERE, THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! As soon as you enter parenthood, having free time seems to become a running joke. You quickly learn that every little tiny bit of forward planning can help...a LOT! Everyone always talks about how to get started with meal prep to save time and to help make sure that you are getting the energy you need each day. However, it's a little bit hard when you have a 2 year old who requires your full undivided attention.. I have s...poken with new mums, current mums and old mums and prepared a list of tips that can help any busy parent's stay on track with their health & fitness goals 1. START SMALL Start small by getting your healthy snacks in order. Chopping up your veggies or buying pre cut veggies are super convenient and paired with some hummus and fresh fruit are perfect health grab-and-go snacks that will keep on your track. Once you get used to planning and preparing snacks, progress to planning out your lunches as well! 2. MAKE WATER YUMMY Not all of us enjoy drinking water.. Try adding some Lemon, mixed berries or cucumber! Keep a jug of it in the fridge, it has so many more benefits than drinking soft drinks or sugar filled cordial. 3. PREPARE YOUR BREKKY Mornings are hectic for mums, and having breakfast just gets pushed to the side because you're just too busy trying to get your kids ready for the day. Some super quick breakfast options that you can prepare the night before or whenever you get a chance (really) are overnight oats, protein pancakes or banana muffins. 4. MAKE DOUBLE OF EVERYTHING The easiest way to meal prep for you and your family is to simply make double the amount of food. You can either eat the extra meals the next day or freeze them. As a parent, you know things aren't always going to go to plan but if you have ready to go meals in the freezer, you won't need to resort to ordering take-out. 5. DON'T THROW ANYTHING AWAY When you have leftovers, make them into something else! This will not also cut down prep time but also save you some money. 6. KEEP IT INTERESTING If you prep the same thing everyday, it's super easy to get bored with them and you'll be less likely to want to stick to it. Here's an example, prep and cook some pumpkin & quinoa/cous cous. You can use some for a pumpkin & quinoa salad and the other half for a one pan chicken meal? Now you can seen how making the time for even a little of planning and prep can help you even in the slightest get closer to your goals. It's all about baby steps, don't beat yourself up if you "screw it up." This is YOUR journey, we all mess up but it's up to you if you just give up or start fresh the next day

All of these changes with one training session per week and eating to her personalised macro target... .
