16.01.2022 Strange isn’t it ? That self belief that we need so much we sometimes struggle to find. That inner voice creeps in and fills our mind with doubt and questions our ability and we just crumble. We let others fears & judgements determine how we feel about ourself and our choices yet they have absolutely no idea about our choices and WHY we do what we do. I recently let life get the better of me. I let it come in and take over and I stood back and just threw my hands in the air. ...Instead of turning these obstacles into fuel to push through I let the time pass while I lost belief in who I am and what I am capable of. But you know what ? Life happens. And I can’t change the last few months but I can certainly be better than I was yesterday and continue to grow into the best version of myself. If I can share one thing I have learnt recently it’s that even when it seems like no one is clapping for you, you must continue to clap for yourself. No one is going to hand you the life you want to create or put in the hard work. No one else can or will kick your ass the way you should. Every.Single.Day. you must show up for yourself and have your own back. Believe in yourself and work on yourself daily.
