25.01.2022 Did a tour of Japara Mitcham and Oaklands recently. I find it really helpful to visit at aged care facilities to keep up to date with the staff, any changes that are occurring. These tours allow me to provide factual information to clients and their families who may be considering aged care as an option. The Japara staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic about their facilities. The clients and staff seemed happy and welcoming. 24.01.2022 Another happy customer placed and settling in well. The staff at Japara Brighton were extremely helpful and supportive of my client. Nothing was too much trouble for them, to make him feel at home. I followed up on him recently as I do with all my clients to make sure they have settled into their new home. It took me a while to find the "best care in the best place" but I did and the family is happy with the facility and the services provided.
