Or do you feel like your not running a good business because you dont know where the money is or whats going on with your customer service? STOP trying to do it all yourself.... Stick to what you are good at. Training and helping clients achieve their goals. Over the past year I have coached many trainers in their business practices and the main downfall is the time and effort around the financial and administrative tasks. So here is what I propose to you? I will track all your income and business expenses, help set you up with tax and risk management accounts plus help you out with all of your customer service timings eg when to retest or when is a client due to pay again etc. This way you will be on top of your business practices without having to lift a finger.
