22.01.2022 Haven't posted in a while, so here's our update. Currently working on a 430sqm roof in Pakenham upper, many broken/defective tiles and the tiles are incredibly worn away and not functioning how they should be. In these pictures you'll see us redoing the ridge cap tiles, all of them, lift them off, clean out the old-sandy mortar, relay with fresh mortar and then proceed to clean them down and apply flexible pointing to give it a smooth look and add structural integrity. Once the ridge are completed we will change all the broke and defective tiles and pressure clean the whole roof prepping it for a 4 coat paint system.

21.01.2022 A really close friend of ours that I've personally known since a single digit young lad new roof restoration! The job was in horrible condition, very warn down cement tiles, not an easy substrate to recoat. The roof had a lot of bows and twisting timber (rafters) which made it hard to get a straight line on our ridging, however, we did the best we can and was actually surprised how well it came out. Hope you like it mate.

20.01.2022 Due to the recent and ongoing fires in Bunyip state Park that has not only effected many communities but also my own small town of Nar Nar Goon, I'm urging people to remember to annually clean out their gutters and downpipes properly at least once a month in these areas, doesn't take long for your gutters to fill up. 20.01.2022 Respray on a new roof, the cause was a faulty batch of tiles that all came out in odd colours. Painted in Midnight.

12.01.2022 Ridge capping, new valleys, and a hypo clean has this roof looking as good as new.
