23.01.2022 Whether you like the brutality of UFC or not, this is a powerful message of visualisation from Conor McGregor. He predicted the sequence of events which eventuated in his 13 second title fight against an opponent who was undefeated for 10yrs. You need to see you it first (in your mind), before you can believe it. But once you have the belief it will be so powerful.

21.01.2022 Hands down competing at the 2006 Commonwealth Games was my most memorable experience representing Australia! As much as I loved and raced to win, this experience was much greater because it was the only time I ever represented Australia and felt like we raced as a TEAM. It was so powerful and the results speak for themselves. Gold and Bronze for the men and Gold for the women. Australia hasn't had a result like this since and I don't believe a team tactic has been implemente...d like this since either? (Not to my knowledge anyway?) The power you can draw from others can be incredible when used effectively. We raced as a team and had specific roles, mainly during the bike portion of the race. Simon Thompson played an extremely selfless role working tirelessly on the bike to protect Brad and myself. Aside from how successful it was, it was so much fun too! See more

02.01.2022 Course re-con is great for visualisation and Moto pacing has many benefits, especially concentration skills. Getting your mind ready for what's to come is important for racing. Remember to "train to race" and you will be more prepared mentally for your races. Here Blake Kappler preparing for IMWA which is coming up in a couple of weeks. Training on the course, at Ironman pace. Really specific work behind the Moto and heaps of fun too!
