21.01.2022 Challenge Results Alert: Wow! What a fantastic selection of results to analyse from our recently finished 6 Week Challenge. Stay tuned for extended results, but now for the winners: Female winner: Bree Green Bree lost a massive 8.9 kg in the 6 weeks, equating to a reduction in body fat mass of over 35% and reduction of waist girth of 9cm.... Male winner: Andrew Diamond Andrew lost 8.7 kg in the 6 weeks and managed to maintain muscle mass and get stronger. He reduced his body fat mass by a huge 45% and reduced his waist girth by 13.4cm. These 2 regulars had a side bet to increase motivation, and it paid off. 15.01.2022 Big shout out to one of our own. Not even trainers were immune to a bit of a flat spell during COVID in regards to healthy habits. Trainer Matt Hoppa by his own admission relaxed his standards a little bit, but he has bounced back hard! Wanting to show his clients the way by doing the Challenge along side them he certainly achieved that in a big way. Hoppa lost 7.9 kg in the 6 weeks, taking 8cm off his waist girth, and reducing total body fat mass by over a third. Great inspiration for trainers and clients alike. 10.01.2022 After her second full hip replacement within 12 months, Martha is nearing the end of her rehab. She has gone from chronic pain in both hips and severely compromised movement and strength, to almost no pain, much improved strength and movement and walking 40 minutes daily. It demonstrates what can be achieved with a good attitude, application , and the right direction and programming. Here we focused on glute/core activation and strength, along with some mobility and general lower/upper body strengthening. Great work Martha

07.01.2022 How good is Andrew?!? Andrew has thrown himself into his training during this challenge, committing to training pretty much everyday in some way! With a few bootcamps early in the morning and a solid individualised cardio/resistance training program written by his trainer, he has dominated his training! Weekly sessions with his trainer has allowed him to get the nutrition coaching he needs, whilst fine tuning technique on all the exercises prescribed through his programming, Andrew has managed to lose a solid 6.2kgs coming into final weeks of the challenge!

Our outdoor training with classes such as bootcamp, xmotion, run group and our rooftop circuit and Pilates allow us to provide a safe environment and the ability to continue to space appropriately. With class numbers still capped booking is essential so plan ahead.

Scoop out ripe avocado and mash with fork Add in 1-2 teaspoon of low fat cottage cheese... Some cracked black pepper A splash of lemon juice And a teaspoon or 2 of good sauce sweet chilli Can add more to taste Mix it all together and voila Throw the Herman Brot Crackers and carrot sticks on a plate and serve.
