21.01.2022 Over the weekend we had Grace, Raimo, Angus and Corey compete in the Gpc Sunshine Coast summer classic. Everyone hit massive PBs and had an absolute ball doing so!! Will post about results later in the week but do want to give a massive shout out to Dylan who ended up having to handle everyone on the Sunday.

12.01.2022 It comes with a very heavy heart that I say Elite Strength and Conditioning is permanently closing it’s doors. My reasoning behind this is personal however I will still continue coaching and will be looking to take on more clients now I have free time.
