15.01.2022 Epoxy Resin Infused Carbon Fibre Rigid Sheet; now available on our website. Made by our experienced and expert technicians and features a virtually pinhole free, high gloss finish in various sizes from 250mm x 250mm up to 2 metre x 1 metre sheets! Currently we have 1mm and 2mm thicknesses in stock, with other sizes and thicknesses available on request!

14.01.2022 Carbon fibre boot panel for MARC Cars Australia Focus V8. This product comes out of the mould with the gloss finish as shown, so requires no post-painting allowing for further weight reduction. Original steel panel comes in at over 12 kg before priming and painting. Total assembled Carbon fibre product weight ready to fit to car is 2.88 kg.

14.01.2022 Next in our stock clearance is 39m of 1000mm wide; 200gsm carbon fibre twill weave. This is weave set material in 2nd quality; so it has a few minor imperfections here and there, but absolutely nothing wrong with it for first (visual) layers in small parts or back-up layers in large parts. 13.01.2022 More dash binnacles for Aussie Racing Cars. These were designed, prototyped and manufactured by Elite Composites and feature in all the Holden Cruze and the new Nissan Altima version Aussie Racing Cars. There are no glue/bond lines as they are one single piece, resin infused carbon fibre.

12.01.2022 The elves at Elite Composites have been very busy producing top quality carbon fibre components. Moulds were prepared on Monday morning, parts were ready for despatch by Tuesday at 9pm, just in time for Christmas!

10.01.2022 When we were asked to replicate and add 75mm in height to this Air Filter Guard for Midget Speedway racing cars, we include the top quality and high gloss finishing as standard. The shorter item on the left is imported from the U.S.A from a globally leading composites manufacturer. The taller product on the right is produced by Elite Composites on the Gold Coast, Australia.

08.01.2022 The first product to be produced in our new factory, 2m x 1m epoxy resin infused, high gloss, pin-hole free carbon/Kevlar composite panel. This product is one of several that will be cut into panels for speedway racing. The bulk of the structure is Kevlar to resist impacts and features a carbon fibre skin for the unmistakable aesthetic qualities.
