21.01.2022 Vocab focus: Plié (bend) - the most important movement in every style of dance. A strong plié gives us higher and safer jumps, stronger turns, more accurate tap movements and more control when moving across the stage!

18.01.2022 All the hair things you need to do a ballet bun. Bobby pins, hairnet, elastic, brush and hairspray. Gather hair into a high pony tail. Twist hair and wrap around into a bun. Secure with bobby pins. Wrap hair net around the bun and secure.

12.01.2022 To all our adult dancers, stay safe and have an excellent Easter Break! No classes will run over the Easter Long Weekend but we will see you back in class on Tuesday the 6th April, 2021. Just a reminder that all our Adult classes that normally run at Niagara Park Stadium will be held at our West Gosford Studio for the duration of the school holidays (Monday 5 April - Friday 16 April, 2021) at the regular times. Tuesday Adult Tap will be at 6:15pm instead of 7:15pm for those two weeks only!
