21.01.2022 For those of you traveling to the Toowoomba NCHA futurity I will be available from 8th July to 16th July. Please call 0439488628, message or messenger to book in. Acupuncture and Kinesiology are effective at finding and treating soreness in your horse so they can perform at their best. Cost: $80 per horse.... Not sure if your horse is sore or needs help? Ask for a free muscle testing scan of your horse to find any problems areas. Remember for best results acupuncture sessions should be at least 1 day before competition.

19.01.2022 Researchers conclude that acupuncture increases the effectiveness of rehabilitation exercises after knee meniscus repair surgery. [1] Patients receiving acupun...cture in a controlled clinical trial had less quadriceps atrophy, limping, locking, pain, and swelling than patients receiving only rehabilitation exercises. Patients receiving acupuncture also had significantly better range of motion, stability, and the ability to walk, jump, and climb stairs. Results The results indicate that acupuncture combined with functional training into an integrated treatment protocol is more effective than functional training as a stand alone therapy. Sun et al. conclude that acupuncture is safe and effective for speeding up knee joint recovery after arthroscopic meniscus repair surgery. 18.01.2022 Hippy was lucky to have an Acupuncture treatment from Lisa from Elite Equine Acupuncture - Lisa Cavanagh. I am very impressed with Lisa's work. Having done Equi...ne Body work myself, I know what it takes to diagnose horses' soreness - and Lisa's diagnosis and then treatment through kineseolgy and acupuncture is extremely thorough and effective. It's really important that we look after our horses to keep them pain-free and balanced. They are of constant service to us, as prey animals allowing us as preditors to handle and ride them, the least we can do to honour them in return is keep them feeling safe, healthy, pain-free and balanced mentally, emotionally, energetically and physically. Thank you so much Lisa, I really enjoyed learning from you, you are going to help so many horses over your life time <3 See more
