16.01.2022 EFS 2021 CHALLENGES Hello Elites, I hope you have all had a good Christmas season. Throughout the time EFS has been running we have trialled a few different challenges for our members. Begining in January we will be doing a monthly challenge for everyone to have a chance of pushing themselves and being Elite. We're having a vote for the first challenge, should it be 'the most flights climbed on the stairmaster' or 'the fastest 5km run'?... Leave your vote below and I'll see you all in 2021

09.01.2022 ONCE OFF HOURS CHANGE Hello members. Today the gym will be staffed from 4pm-6pm instead of the usual 12-2. We're also in the process of moving some equipment around so please excuse the mid stage mess it is currently in.

07.01.2022 EFS JANUARY CHALLENGE Hello Elites, I hope we all had a safe and happy holiday season. Through a close vote, the first challenge of 2021 will be 'Most Flights Climbed on the Stairmaster'. The prize is yet to be confirmed but there will be one.... The Rules 1. Once you are on you can set it to any speed as long as you don't stop. 2. Record your flights climbed (NOT TIME) on the whiteboard on the office door and on Sunday the 31st we will announce the winner. 3. Remember that this is a friendly competition promoting interaction between members; lets cheer each other on.
