Kaneisha ( @chicken_679 ) has smashed out a new PB lifting nearly 1.5x her body weight for 5 reps and has gained a fair amount of lean muscle mass in the process! (Video 1: 30kg x 5, Video 2: 65kg x 5) Remember - Consistency is key and hard work pays off.

These bad boys are great as warm up or in between sets of compound leg exercises (leg press, squats, deadlifts, etc) to get those muscles firing on all cylinders. ... Try not to rock as you move laterally and find a band that feels right for you. (5-7 RPE)
