18.01.2022 Today I did my first live interview with Ahron Young TV, Founder of ticker This time last night, I was so nervous for my first ever TV interview (live, mind you! Talk about pressure ). I prepared my notes for the 5th time this week. I went to bed and woke up feeling refreshed.. but still nervous. What if I fumble my words? What if I forget what I wanted to say and there is awkward silence? What if I say something that makes no sense at all? It's too late to pull the plug but... I don't think I can do this... As I waited to be introduced I take three REALLY deep breaths. I say to myself "You've got this. Just be yourself". Next minute I'm conversing and laughing with Ahron. Relaxed, comfortable, like we'd known each other prior. I'm so glad to have changed my mindset from negative thoughts to positive, or else I don't think I could have gotten through the interview as I did. Here's to constantly moving forward and never being stuck in a comfort zone for too long. Onward, upward, forward!
