25.01.2022 From everyone at Elite Swim, Congratulations

23.01.2022 Swim and Survive Teaching Tip Breathing control is a key skill in learning to swim, and one of the very first to be taught in swimming lessons. A common mistake... often seen in students is that they will forget to exhale under water. Take time to help your students master breathing properly, especially as you introduce additional elements of stroke development such as freestyle arms. 11.01.2022 The new National Swimming and Water Safety Framework, developed in partnership with industry organisations, published today sets out three key swimming benchmar...ks for children at age 6, 12 and 17 years. This Framework is an important resource for parents to understand the lifelong benefits that learning to swim provides. Given the wide-ranging impacts of COVID-19 Pandemic on parents and industry alike, it is vital more than ever for everyone to realise the essential role that swimming plays in the nation’s long-term health and wellbeing, and drowning prevention. 07.01.2022 Make this your mantra. I WILL STAY HOME WHEN SICK. I will not go to the footy. I will not go to work.... I will not go to my mate’s house. I will not hang out around the Malls Balls. I will not go to university. I will not go to TAFE. I will not go to shopping centres. I will not go to the supermarket. I will not go to childcare. I will not go to visit my grandparents. I will not go to a restaurant. I will not go to school. I will not go to my place of worship. I will not go to any public places. #StopTheSpread See more
