21.01.2022 Welcome back to Elite Swimming Term 2! It’s been such a pleasure seeing joyful families return. The Women’s Program has also commenced. Lessons are held at the Pascoe Vale centre and with only a few weeks left of this term, there are limited spots still available. If it’s something you’re interested in for Term 3, ask us now about a trial session. It’s a great opportunity to come and check out the program and meet the instructors. ... 19.01.2022 Bookings are now open for our term 3 Women's Swimming Program. The lessons will commence on the 17th of July and run for 10 weeks. The lessons will run for 40 minutes. The available times are as follows: ... Friday: 12pm, 12.40pm and 1.20pm Saturday: 12.30pm, 1.10pm and 1.50pm In line with Government restrictions and for the comfort of all patrons at the centre, group numbers are smaller to ensure social-distancing is maintained. We have implimented additional cleaning measures and ask all patrons to sanitise upon entrance and social distance while in the centre. 19.01.2022 Dear Elite Swimming families, We have been informed of the exposure of our Pascoe Vale venue to Covid-19 on Monday the 8th of February between 5:00 and 6:00pm. We are following all advice being issued by the Victorian Government, however anyone who visited our Pascoe Vale pool between this time must immediately isolate, get a coronavirus (COVID-19) test, and remain isolated for 14 days.... Anyone who visited around this period, but not in the specified time, please continue to monitor for symptoms. Isolate and get a coronavirus test if symptoms develop. We will keep you updated with any further developments. Stay Safe

12.01.2022 Dear Families, Elite Swimming will continue to operate as per usual with all swimming lessons and facilities open for business. We are closely monitoring the ever evolving situation and will keep everyone updated as new reports are released. All Elite Swimming Pools use Sodium Hypochlorite as our chemical disinfectant in the pool water. It is demonstrated as a very effective combination against COVID-19. It is constantly monitored electronically and is manually checked at the... beginning of every session by staff. Chlorinated water kills the virus.. The activity of swimming in chlorinated water is no more of a risk than being in a school environment. The Center of Disease Control has stated that There is no evidence that Covid-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. As a company we have increased the frequency of our water testing as well as disinfecting our high contact areas, such as door handles, hand rails and tabletops at each of our venues. If the government do decide to shut down the public school system we will also be closing our pools until the closure is lifted. All lessons that have been paid for will be credited and all places will be held for the remainder of Term 1. However, we are asking all families if they would like to secure their places for Term 2 to pay before the 5th of April so we as a company can plan for the upcoming Term. 05.01.2022 Unfortunately, Elite Swimming Ascot Vale will be closing its doors tonight until the 29/7 following the recent Government announcement. Pascoe Vale and Brunswick will remain open, however we will continue to enforce social distancing and strict cleaning procedures to ensure everyone’s safety. 01.01.2022 We are so happy to be reopening Ascot Vale, Brunswick and Essendon pools tomorrow (18/2), while Pascoe Vale will reopen on Friday (19/2). Our Pascoe Vale pool has undergone a deep clean to be signed off by the DHHS prior to reopening on Friday. We reassure you that it is now safe to return to swimming lessons and we remind families that face masks are compulsory while inside our centres. Please continue to social distance and changerooms will be closed at all pools, as an added precaution. We cannot thank you enough for your support through what has been a very challenging week and we can’t wait to see you all back in the pool.
