11.01.2022 Here are a few tips to help you enjoy a good night sleep! Enjoy a hot epsom salt bath to help you relax and unwind. Epsom salts are high in magnesium which is absorbed through the skin to help relax the nervous system. Use 1-2 cups in your bath. This is a fantastic way to help young children relax and unwind. After your bath rub some Oil Garden relax and unwind or some tranquil and calm body oil on. These oils will help you to feel calm and peaceful, as well as soothe your skin. Drink some soothing chamomile tea in the afternoon to help you relax. Avoid devices for 2 hours before your bedtime.
