23.01.2022 S U R T E E S This is my family crest Surtees traces back to the ZEVARD Vikings when they settled in Northern England The name Surtees came about when the law came in that you needed two names ... 17.01.2022 Day 3 out of 5 day water fast Checked my bloods and I am well into Ketosis This means my body is burning fat instead of glucose for fuel Ketosis reading should be between 1.5 & 3 Today I’m not feeling hungry for the first time since starting. ... Energy levels change, not feeling like exercising today but am keen on crafting I get cold very easily so hot showers and warm baths are a must I’ve been meditating more and nourishing my body in other ways besides food My skin looks and feels amazing My mental state feels stronger today as I feel I’ve detached from my mental debate with wanting to eat food Feeling a deeper connection to my body Enjoying meal planning for when I re-feed, I will continue to eat a Keto based diet without lactose It feels good giving my digestive system a break and having breakthroughs with my mental attachments to food #ketosis #ketolifestyle #fasting #5dayfast #Blood #fingerprick #feelinggood

09.01.2022 AWKWARD ALERT I’ve decided that I want to gain more confidence in public speaking & talking to a camera These are stills from a pre-recorded talk I did in the safety of a FB group (where there’s no judgment just encouragement & support) I want to build up the confidence to do live videos ...
