04.01.2022 Hi all, We will be resuming normal classes as of Saturday 16th May. To comply with Covid-19 guidelines we are allowed a maximum of 16 participants per class. To avoid missing out please message the Elizabeth valley Yoga Facebook page to confirm which class you will be attending. Please adhere to the following: Enter through the entry only door. If you are unwell please stay at home.... Please bring your own mat and any other equipment you have. Note: to all those that have borrowed equipment please clean and sanitize before returning. 03.01.2022 Thanks for the tips to bypass FB. WORKS!! I have a whole new news feed. I’m seeing posts from people I haven’t seen in years. Here’s how to bypass the system FB now has in place that limits posts on your news feed. Their new algorithm chooses the same few people - about 25 - who will read your posts. Hold your finger down anywhere in this post, "copy" will pop. Click "copy". Go your page, start a new post, click paste. This will bypass the system.
