11.01.2022 I LOVE TECHNOLOGY! I am rapt that I am able to continue connecting with my clients. I am PASSIONATE about working with Spirit to empower individuals and technology is allowing us to continue connecting. I've even expanded my use this week to include workout sessions - this week I have connected with others to do Yoga, Zumba, QiGong, Falun Gong, Aerobics and a core strength workout!...
