22.01.2022 I am happy to announce the reopening of Elizabeth Archer Hair Studio from Tuesday the 26th May The clients that have missed out on their appointments during this time of closure will be first priority ( over 60+ of you ) so please be patient I can’t be heavily booked like I normally can especially with restrictions and rules to follow. There will be hand sanitiser available, paper towels in bathroom, regular sanitising of stations, light switches & door handles. Disposab...le drink cups by choice. We all like a good mag binge but unfortunately you will need to bring a good book, have an Instagram scroll or listen to a podcast Wifi available if you need to work on your laptop also. No plus ones in the salon , I have a small space so cant have extras. I know you have all been so patient and are hanging for some pampering but if you have ANY type of sniffle, cold symptoms or around someone who has been unwell you will need to reschedule. I am currently busy giving the salon a fresh coat of paint and extensive clean for you all right now and then I will be allocating time this Thursday 7th to contact everyone for booking arrangements. You are most welcome to contact me first to put your request in, it just might take me a couple days to get back to you This time off has taught me more patience and kindness and to be less vain How lucky I am to have a successful business with loyal clientele How grateful I am for everything I have and to live in a country like Australia and especially WA , who is doing so well against this pandemic. Having quality time calling my family and friends instead of ignoring them after a long 12 hour day on the salon floor. What has it taught you? Pleeeeassseeeee be patient for a little longer, we got this! Liz xx

15.01.2022 Hi all my Beautiful Clients! Just wanting to touch base and let you know how I’m rolling with this pregnancy, running the salon, appointments and maternity leave. I wanted to say thank you for all the lovely well wishes and little gifts so far, I have been a very lucky spoilt woman! Our little girl is growing well and moving around a lot now... I have recently come across excess back pain and some in my feet as-well, I was lucky enough to have my husband home for one occasion while my back was cramping and he came and massaged me while I was applying foils This has caused me to listen to my body and have had to cut down some of my hours to help me get through the next 3 months of my pregnancy, which means I only have scattered apps left. I plan to go on Maternity leave from the start of November onwards, It may be 6 months or so. I currently don’t have a return date as I will see how my new mum journey goes and then decide how I will come back into the salon part time and of course letting you know my plans when I do! The appointments I currently have booked in to the end of October are still locked in, some I may need to alter times but I will let you know if I do! I am going to miss all of you and I will be back as soon as I am able. I will start to draft up recipe cards for you to transition over to a new hairdresser if you wish ( this makes me sad ). Ask your friends and family where they go if you like their hair! And lurk Instagram and Facebook aswell as asking on your Facebook communities if your trying to look for a home based salon like me. 15.01.2022 Good Morning It is with a heavy heart that Elizabeth Archer Hair Studio will close its doors until this virus leaves the world if you have appt booked you will be contacted personally. We need to put everyones health & safety first, this is the best decision to help minimise the spread of the virus especially working in such close proximity with clients, my arms aren’t go-go gadget material unfortunately. MASSIVE thank you to all that have supported me in the last... 10 years of running my baby and livelihood Do not fear, this wont be forever ill be back colouring, cutting and massaging your heads before you know it!! If anyone needs advice/help with home colouring options & product supply, let me know and ill be offering a no - contact delivery service . Hopefully we can all stay looking half decent during this time, I know ill be looking like a bald baby bird with no lash extensions very soon! Lets all do what we can together to save lives and not put so much pressure on our health care workers. I know us hairdressers are pretty good therapists so if anyone needs to talk - I AM HERE . I will keep on top of advice and announcements from our government to keep your health and mine safe, at this stage we are business as usual and are taking precautionary measures in salon for you!
