22.01.2022 Was wonderful to have Mitch Nissen, Principal Bass Trombone with the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra visit Elizabeth College this week to work with our students and students from visiting high schools. Mitch was very generous with his time and knowledge and we were all very fortunate to hear some amazing bass trombone playing.

13.01.2022 Whether it was online or in person, every Monday afternoon was time for EC Drum Club! Directed by the one and only Konrad Park (aka Funkrad) it's a great forum for our drummers and percussionists to collaborate, share ideas, compose, play and discuss all things drums. One of the many great opportunities for students here at EC.

05.01.2022 During practical exam season our Technical Theatre students have really been able to put their skills to the test supporting the Theatre Performance, Drama, and Dance classes. The recent production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream meant that our Theatre Performance students could finally perform in front of an audience (even though it was limited) and the Tech students got to see their work on props, costume, sets, and lighting all come together in creating a complete production.

04.01.2022 Well done to our Drama 3 students on their practical examinations today. All of the hard work and rehearsals and paid off, and it has been great to see how much you have all improved in your performance techniques throughout the year.
