02.01.2022 Welcome 2020 Acceptance is my mantra for the coming days, weeks, months and years ahead and I’m going to work hard at it. Can you remember when your plans didn’t work out? You expected them too, of course, and then life had something else in place, and your immediate emotion is one of disappointment? Well, I’ve decided to change that and I’m going try hard to not feed into that feeling anymore, instead, I’m going to embrace it as something else better is planned for me. I t...hink if we all kept notes or journals of when our plans do change unexpectedly and focus on the new unexpected outcome we would all be pleasantly surprised. It will make us realise that unknown forces have been quietly working away in the background and in our favour! Sometimes it’s not always immediate but they will come. So I’m going to shift that feeling of disappointment, and concentrate on the overwhelming feeling of gratitude and clarity, that if those initial plans didn’t change these other great things wouldn’t have occurred. Here’s to writing in our journals and being aware of unexpected outcomes and to a change of plans beyond our control and to appreciate all of them. I feel better already! I for one look forward to a brand new year and decade saturated with higher consciousness, more empathy, compassion and a world where the powers listen to their hearts and their people! See more
