23.01.2022 Doing a shout out to some of the girls from Armadale Soccer Club who came in and did a private personal training session together last week! We spent the 45 minute session working on exercises to enhance sport performance and overall fitness. The 3 girls killed it, going between cardio intervals to resistance based exercises, core stability and finishing off with stretches specific for tight muscles. ... It was good fun doing it as a group, it was motivating, upbeat and the girls encouraged each other all the way through! Private group personal training can be great if you get some friends or family together! It’s good encouragement within the session but also around the session. Motivating each other to live and keep a healthy lifestyle can bring such positive energy to your life! 22.01.2022 Need to "spice" up your meals? It is often that i hear "im so bored with meat and veg", well you don't have to make it boring. Add a bit of spice to your meat and veg to make it a bit more interesting. Try to stick to lower salt spices or you can even make your own... It can really change your prospective on eating clean and make it fun by experimenting with different flavours. get rid of your sugar loaded sauce off your plate Try a different spice every night of the week just a light sprinkle goes a long way Below is an example of a regular meal of mine, a big salad, little bit of carrot or sweet potato with a side of some meat. 17.01.2022 Hi Everyone Again i am still here and buzzing around, i must admit i have been a very busy buzzing aroun again i have to send out my apologies for my lack of reaching out! Anyway enough about me i have to put the spot light onto such an amazing client of mine. I have to admit she has been training with me for several years and over the years it has been such a pleasure to see such amazing progress and to work side by side with her. I will tell you a little back storey abo...ut this awesome chick, she had to stop her training with me a couple of years ago as it got to be too far away, but in July this year i was so thrilled to reunite with her A little bit about her progress that is so inspiring and i hope it inspirers others out there, that even though it may be tough now, fight through it and it WILL get easier!!! Late July 2018 my client returned to me with very achy joints, lack of rom and not as fit as they have felt previously. She had completed a range of fitness tests and measurements. A couple of key components that really stuck out was that in late july she was only able to row 400m over a 2:15 period. By the beginning of September she cranked out a full kilometre in 5:29. By the start of October she completed a full kilometre in 5:09! WOW!!! That was a true representation of how much she had pushed through all the hurdles and reached targets that she set herself to complete! As another result of that she has also managed to increase her strength dramatically. I do have to say this is the strongest she has ever been As a bonus over that time she had also lost a total of 22.5cm! With a mixture of PT, classes and overal lifestyle change this awesome chick is feeling amazing and excited to achieve more results yet! To everyone out there, you can do it! Set your mind to it, stay positive and think about yourself and you can do it :-D

11.01.2022 Happy Monday Everybody!!! Every morning I start the day with a yummy but basic protein smoothie. This smoothie is so easy to make but so filling! It doesn’t necessarily have to be for breakfast, it could be a post workout snack or even a mid morning or afternoon snack! ... Ingredients: - 2/3 of a cup of frozen mixed berries - 1/4 of a cup of coconut milk - 1 scoop of protein powder - A sprinkle of greens powder Blend it all together, drink and enjoy

How ever when I first looked at this rock I straight away saw it as a Broccoli, some may disagree? You can create a workout out of just about anything or anywhere. ... It takes 5 minutes to complete this little HIIT workout: 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off high knee’s push ups burpees bicycle crunches jump squats Also don’t forget: you can change the time ratios and exercises to suit you you can repeat this 4x times and there you have it, a 20 minute workout done no time to drive to the gym, move your coffee table and utilise your lounge room floor PM me for ideas and creations Happy training everybody
