23.01.2022 Hello from me, Sarah. It’s been a while since I’ve been on here but thought it was time to reintroduce myself as I relaunch my brand, my passion project, and at the same time prepare to welcome our final little family member. Since I’ve been away I’ve given myself time to learn and grow and refocus on what’s important. Two years ago I felt my attentions for this space wavering after birthing our second baby, Alfie. I felt drawn towards furthering my nutrition education in th...e area of natural health with a particular interest in everything relating to preconception, pregnancy and postpartum care as a means to support my passion for babywearing, natural living and nurturing the fourth trimester. At that time the resources available to women in this area were lacking. I am excited to say that there is now so much great information and services available to women and this brings me so much happiness. I am now entering my third year of my naturopathy degree and I look forward to being able to incorporate my knowledge into this space to further support women, babies and their families during this stage of life. I look forward to you coming along this journey with me. It’s good to be back sharing something I love and connecting with people along the way. 20.01.2022 This is far too accurate. When it comes to raising babies there’s so many opinions and advice. Just keep doing what feels right for you and your baby. There’s a misconception that babywearing can inhibit a child’s independence when in fact, research shows it to be the opposite. It helps create a secure attachment and enhances bonding which are positive influences on a child’s development and confidence. The truth is, you cannot spoil a baby. ... Leave a if you can relate.
