Women play an essential role in rebuilding communities, economy and driving social change for a more fair and equal future for all.

09.01.2022 What has 2020 been like for you? Is it too painful to reflect on, or did you uncover some blessings in disguise? At the start of lockdown I lost 100% of my clients... one.hundred.percent. I had officially launched Elki Media one month before and we went from riding the high of an exciting new brand to - like many others - crashing. Hard.... I was ready to throw in the towel and write Elki off as a failed business when a friend suggested journaling and just pausing. So I did. What resulted was some serious perspective; I was ready to give up and blame myself for failing when EVERYONE was going through something tough. It wasn’t my fault that lockdown happened, but it would be my fault if I gave up. So I flipped my mindset, gave it my best shot and not only did Elki survive the blow but we grew from it too. I know many have been put in a situation where mindset alone can’t save their business or job and I am grateful to have the opportunity to work from home. In a time when so much is out of our control, keeping our mindset on track is challenging, but it is essential.
