With the changing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we wanted to share with you the measures our team are taking to reduce its potential impact. We pride ourselves on always ensuring the most hygienic practices are upheld throughout our Salons, treatment rooms and offices.... To ensure the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff we have also implemented additional daily practices, beyond the Australian Government Department of Health recommendations, to ensure that your treatments are always delivered in safe and hygienic environments by our expert Therapists. Our Commitment - All benches and treatment surfaces are cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes - Towels, linen, bedding and robes are changed between each client to ensure single use - Single use of all other items and sterilisation of relevant items - Hand sanitisation by all Therapists and Staff when entering the Salon or Treatment Rooms - All Ella Bach products are made in the highest manufacturing Australian or French facilities -Clients and Staff are to be sent home if they have travelled to any high risk countries in the last month, or if they are showing signs of colds or flu We strongly recommend that all clients follow the preventative and proactive actions as recommended by organisations such as the World Health Organisation and the Australian Government.
