24.01.2022 Today we celebrate international womans day and thought its important to acknowledge Ella Bache herself. Ella was 91 yrs old. Ella was wise, innovative and committed. She never stopped learning. She pioneered the way for so many woman and created an industry that gave us opportunity. This month we launched a new hydra serum, and it was Ella in the 1930s who first invented the use of hylaronic acid to hydrate and firm the skin. This is used in so many products globally tod...ay. Ella died at age 99, in 1999 but her legacy is so strong today and would be proud of what we have achieved here, but shaking her head that we are still dealing with so much gender inequality across the globe today!
