21.01.2022 Well it’s not everyday you make a birthday cake for a cat, but you know I think I did pretty well? Sardines and wet food Sir Constantine wasn’t about to eat his cake outside in the wind, but the cattery lounge? Well that’s a different story! I think he enjoyed it and he was even nice enough to share with Poison Ivy

20.01.2022 It’s Constantines 1st Birthday!!!! Look at this gorgeous stud boy of mine enjoying our backyard on his 1st birthday. He’s grown so much, and he’s already so big but it know he’s not done growing yet. He will continue to develop for around 2 years still. Such a beautiful, graceful and proud boy, I feel blessed every day to have him.

12.01.2022 Well I’m finally home. Apologies to those that have been trying to contact me. I’ve been in the ICU with sepsis from a cat bite. I was grooming a rag doll for a friend of mine and he was most upset with my attempt to return him to his carrier. Cat bites are no joke. The bacteria on a cats teeth have the potential to cause very serious infections. I will post more information about this in the future. As well as the importance of informing your groomers about your cats personality and keeping your cat regularly groomed. The situation in this case could not have been avoided and was not the fault of the cat or the cats owners... But it has taught me some very valuable things. More information to come. 12.01.2022 Dvine Paws Poison Ivy is growing like a weed!!! 8 months old tomorrow and almost 5kg with PLENTY of growing left to do!

08.01.2022 Well it might be late, but Merry Christmas and a very happy Ney Year from Ellancree Cattery! 2020 has brought a lot of challenges for everyone, it certainly didn’t go according to plan for us, but we did it, we got through it and now it’s time to focus on the future and the joy it brings. With the blessings of the lord 2021 will be filled with the pitter patter of tiny coonie feet, as after a year of waiting Poison Ivy and Constantine can finally be allowed to mate. Ivys all booked in for her HCM scan first week of February, Constantine has already passed his, and both have returned perfect genetic testing results. So from our hearts to yours we truly hope 2021 will be a happier, more productive year for everyone.
