25.01.2022 I caught my reflection in the mirror; no make up, messy hair and all. I noticed that even though I was just out of bed, my skin looked remarkably smooth. 07.01.2022 Most face oil formulas supplement key ingredients with cheap base oils to 'fill up the bottle'. WE ARE NOT MOST FACE OILS. We don’t use purposeless fillers and our base oils are carefully chosen because they offer the most benefit for your skin, not because they are the cheapest. Red raspberry and blackcurrant seed oils are at the top of our ingredient list because they offer superior anti-inflammatory properties and contain higher levels of antioxidants, vitamin E and phytos...terols when compared with other commonly used oils in skin care. Our base oils also contain a perfect ratio of essential fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6). Essential fatty acids play a critical role in healthy skin barrier function and appearance by preventing moisture loss and lessening the signs of sun damage, skin ageing and inflammation. They are ‘essential’ because our bodies don’t produce them and we must obtain them through diet or topical application, but not all oils contain optimal levels.

05.01.2022 The rich orange tones of our facial oil are derived from an abundance of powerful antioxidants known as carotenoids, including beta-carotene which the skin converts to vitamin A. This act as a more gentle alternative to retinol, promoting radiant skin and softening the signs of ageing but, unlike retinol, is safe to apply during pregnancy and won’t increase the skins UV sensitivity.
