Elle Jane will continue to take clients at this stage as per normal but please if you are unwell, have travelled overseas in the past 14 days or are presenting flu like symptoms, reschedule your appointment. 19.01.2022 Hair Extension Excitement!! As the weather warms up and social gatherings are abundant, one accessory that we always have is our hair! If youre anything like me, you feel great when your hair looks great and one way to change your style dramatically is with extensions! They can be used for length, thickness, colour change... the options are endless! ... Below is the beautiful Teleah-Paige Hurst with her custom coloured clip in extensions. Over all this transformation took 4 hours including full balayage colour, extension colour, fitting, cutting in and styling. As you can see her hair was throwing a lot of warmth and discolouration which needed a complete colour correction. The extensions were originally a dark blonde and needed a full custom colour of their own. After working with a multitude of extensions, hair pieces and wigs I am able to customise nearly any addition to your needs. 13.01.2022 Today I woke up and my first thought was Im excited to do some hair! Id like to thank everyone for their support over the busy period and more so their patience. My family suffered a significant loss during Christmas which caused some disruption to Elle Janes functioning. Thank you all for being so understanding and I am ready to move forward into 2020.... At this stage I am booked until February so if you are needing an appointment please contact me with plenty of time to avoid disappointment. Heres to the new year and new opportunities!!

13.01.2022 And just like that it is time for me to say these sad words Ive been dreading... Elle Jane will be closing its doors until we are able to operate once again. The 30 minute time restriction does not allow me to provide many services and I believe I should not be a contributing factor to the spread of this terrible virus. It is time to shut up shop. ... My salon is not just a place of work for me, it is my own little world. My heart is heavy and hands are weak. I was not expecting to be this shaken. This has been a hard decision for me. In only two short years I have come so far in this journey and I have so far to go, I am trying to stay positive and plan for the future. For those that have appointments with me, you will be contacted directly and if you have not heard from me please send me an inbox at your earliest convenience. 12.01.2022 I just HAD to share this makeover from yesterday. The beginning canvas was a level 1, natural, Asian hair base with extreme banding and slightly damaged pre lightened ends. We corrected by a full lighten and pre tone to even out the base. Then proceeded with a shadow root and zone toning for a 30 minute process time. In total this correction took 3.5 hours. For long, thick hair the end result was certainly a pleasing one!

12.01.2022 Journey to the light side. One session, on recently permed hair (always be cautious of lightening hair that has been permed as perming is a chemical service that alters the hair structure and health). Three hours and a watchful eye later, we are well on the way to being blonde. This is the result of careful planning and lots and lots of foiling! We only needed to trim the ends as regular maintenance as there was no structural damage or breakage due to correct procedures ...and products being used. Remember; when you consult with your hairdresser, make sure you are honest with your hair history! This includes colours previously done and home hair care. That way you can be guaranteed a more accurate and healthy result and your hairdresser can be confident in his/her work. There will be another session required to reach our target goal but for now... Lets just sit back and enjoy this little miracle

Just a reminder to all that Christmas is a VERY hectic time of year in the salon and Elle Jane is open extra hours already to accommodate every one and get them in before the break. If you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule you must do so with plenty of notice! We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling, if you fail to do so a late cancellation fee will incur. ... We understand things happen and sometimes you cant help lifes mishaps (especially in the silly season!) but due to high demand, appointment times are scarce and you may miss out! (On a personal note).... I certainly dont want anyone to miss out and am happy to extend business hours for needed appointments but I am only human and can only do so much. Help me help you by being organised and on time this busy month. Thank you to all my lovely clients who understand my policies and make my job a wonderland!

03.01.2022 We have a reopening date!! Elle Jane will resume business as of Wednesday the 1st of July. Those that were booked for appointments during the closure will be contacted first. ... Business hours will be as follows: Tuesday - 11 am till 5pm Wednesday and Thursday - 11am till 9pm Friday by appointment only. As we ease back into business I ask that everyone be understanding and patient when enquiring about a service or booking. Safety of all clients and staff will be of the upmost importance. A new updated price list and service menu will be available in the coming days. I cannot WAIT to see you all again and create some beautiful hair!
