05.01.2022 As some of you might know my world has changed incredibly in the last 6 months. With more focus on yoga, mindfullness and meditation I have found a path to inner peace and happiness. It has meant that my focus on pushing physical fitness to my optimum has taken a backseat. Although this is the case it is incredible to say that my overall wellbeing, fitness and mental attitude has improved beyond measure! ... I find myself bouncing out of bed at 5am to go to yoga or the gym and more often than not making healthy food choices simply because I feel good! I want to share this wonderful journey with you all. You will notice a change in focus in my personal training at Devine Timing, with integration of spiritual well-being as well as physical fitness guidelines and ideas. 05.01.2022 A healthy lifestyle is created when our actions create healthy habits. As soon as we drop out of a healthy habit it becomes so much more difficult to get back to. The key to creating a healthy and happy self is creating time to do those important things such as exercise, reflection and healthy food preperation.

Just like every other appointment or function your training is just as important, helping keep you healthy and control your stress over the silly season. 05.01.2022 After waking up feeling blue I decided to get motivated and hit the gym. Not only did I hit a PB on squats but I also manager to get in a relaxing 3km run around the river to cool down. Feeling motivated and determined to reach my fitness and health goals :)
